Shipping within Germany
For delivery within Germany we charge €42.00 per order. The shipping costs are shown in the checkout before you complete your order.
Delivery area
In the online shop you can currently order deliveries to Germany. For delivery to another country, please contact us in advance. We will check the shipping options and prepare an individual quotation for you.
Delivery times
The delivery time for each item is shown on the product page. If payment in advance has been agreed, the delivery period begins once the agreed payment has been received. For orders shipped together with different delivery times, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time. You will not incur any additional costs for partial deliveries arranged by us.
Withdrawal and returns
If you withdraw from the contract, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods in accordance with our instructions on withdrawal. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post, the return costs within Germany are estimated at a maximum of approximately €50.00. Your statutory rights in the event of defective goods remain unaffected.
