Instructions on withdrawal for consumers
Right of withdrawal
You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately, the period begins when you receive the last item. If goods are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, the period begins when you receive the last partial shipment or piece.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us – S.I.C – Entwicklungs- und Vertriebs GmbH, Am Eisberg 8, 72202 Nagold, Germany, phone +49 7452 89787-0, e-mail info@sic-design.de – of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will make this refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to S.I.C – Entwicklungs- und Vertriebs GmbH, Am Eisberg 8, 72202 Nagold, Germany, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods that, owing to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, the costs of return within Germany are estimated at a maximum of approximately €50.00.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.
End of the period on weekends or public holidays
If the last day of the withdrawal period falls on a Saturday, a Sunday or a general public holiday recognised by the state at the place where the declaration is made, the period ends on the next working day instead.

You can request the return or cancellation of your order via your customer account. You can also withdraw by e-mail or letter using the contact details given above.
Returns and contact
Please pack the goods securely for transport when returning them and keep the proof of postage. The original packaging is not a requirement for exercising your right of withdrawal. If you have any questions about returns, you can reach us at info@sic-design.de. Your statutory rights in the event of defective goods remain unaffected.
